Hoteling and Open Workstations:

The following policies apply to the hoteling offices and open workstations:

  • The hoteling spaces are limited to WPH 1004E and 1004F only. WPH 1004E and 1004F are shared office spaces and may be used by more than one faculty member at a time. Please enter the suite via the Master’s program office entrance.
  • Other desks, break rooms, and open areas of WPH 600 and 1004 are not for use by any visitors to the hoteling offices without prior approval. As a courtesy, please close the office door when meeting with students or other faculty.
  • The hoteling office and open workstations are currently open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday only. The suite doors are locked at 5:00pm daily.
  • The hoteling office and all workstations are first-come, first-serve only. Reservations and scheduling is not available.
  • For safety reasons, please do not leave items unattended. These areas are intended to be a temporary work areas and are not actively monitored.
  • Basic office supplies may be provided by the Office of Faculty Affairs. Please see Nate Collins in WPH 1103 for any items that you may need.
  • There are multifunction printers in all suites in WPH for copying/printing/scanning/faxing. The printers may be inaccessible after business hours at 5 PM daily.
